Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only. To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in. They must also be in the original packaging.
In order to process a return you must initially call GVS America customer service to request a Return Authorization number that is clearly marked on the outside of the returning carton. Defective footwear can be returned at no charge and the customer will be reimbursed for the purchase. Footear that is miss-sized can be returned, however, at the customer's expense.
